These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the happy918 platform, including all games, payment services, and promotional offers. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a happy918 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account or placing any wager on happy918, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2.2 happy918 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to produce satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of the relevant account pending verification.
2.3 You must not access the Platform if you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. happy918 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside those it explicitly serves.
2.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of happy918 and its affiliate companies are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) happy918 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details, same device, or same household IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification and a valid Malaysian mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your happy918 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your responsibility. happy918 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
3.4 You must notify happy918 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.5 happy918 reserves the right to refuse registration, close an account, or restrict access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason to the Member.
4.1 All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Accepted deposit channels include FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating institutions), DuitNow bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Channel availability may vary without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit is RM30. Individual payment channels may impose their own daily transfer limits, which are outside of happy918's control.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit unless that channel does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative MYR channel may be used. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
4.4 Before a withdrawal is processed, happy918 may require identity verification (KYC) documentation, including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad and proof of the payment method used. This is a compliance requirement under happy918's licensing obligations and cannot be waived.
4.5 happy918 processes withdrawal requests seven days a week during operating hours. The majority of approved withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes. happy918 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or public holidays.
4.6 Deposits made via FPX are subject to the terms of the FPX interbank network and the participating Member bank's own online banking terms. happy918 is not a party to those terms.
5.1 happy918 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Malaysian public holidays or sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League or English Premier League season. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds (and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds) can be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to the required multiple within the specified validity period will be forfeited.
5.3 happy918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any discrepancy between a general promotion and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.4 Any attempt to exploit promotions through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of abuse will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement, resulting in forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and possible account suspension.
6.1 All games offered on the happy918 Platform — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and 4D lottery — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or lobby description.
6.2 Virtual game outcomes (slots and virtual table games) are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel.
6.3 Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card draws, roulette spins, dice rolls) conducted by live dealers in professionally operated studio environments. Live dealer shuffle and dealing procedures are subject to periodic third-party review under happy918's licensing obligations.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, happy918 will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome. happy918's decision in respect of such technical disputes is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the happy918 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
8.1 happy918 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools within the Member account settings that allow Members to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and to initiate a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
8.3 happy918 strongly encourages Members who believe their gambling has become problematic to make use of these tools without delay, and to seek support from professional problem gambling resources.

9.1 All content on the happy918 Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and the happy918 brand name — is the property of happy918 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, happy918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10.2 happy918's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 happy918 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
11.1 Members may close their happy918 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet at the time of account closure (net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment channel.
11.2 happy918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in the event of a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or for any other reason at happy918's sole discretion.
11.3 Termination of an account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party arising prior to termination.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which happy918 holds its international gaming authority licence.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through happy918's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by the licensing authority.
12.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
13.1 happy918 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
